Project Overview
You are tasked with evaluating 3 mutually exclusive projects to determine which one provides the best investment opportunity. All calculations will be performed using the provided Excel template, which includes structured fields for the net present value (NPV), the internal rate of return (IRR), and the payback period.
After completing the calculations, you will present your findings in a 10–12-slide PowerPoint (PPT) presentation summarizing the analysis and your recommendations. Be sure to include at least 150–200 words of speaker notes per slide.

Instructions

Complete the Unit 3 Excel template to attain the following:

Step 2: Develop the PPT presentation. Download the Unit 3 Individual Project PowerPoint template.
Your final submission will include a 10–12-slide PPT deck, which includes at least 150–200 words of speaker notes per slide, structured as follows:
Slide 1: Title slide with project name, your name, and submission date.
Slide 2: Overview of the projects
Summarize the investment details of Projects A, B, and C.
Slides 3–5: Calculation results
Present the NPV, the IRR, and the payback period results for each project. Use charts or tables for clarity.
Slide 6: Comparison of results
Summarize the strengths and weaknesses of each project based on the calculated metrics.
Slides 7–9: Evaluation questions
Answer the following prompts (one per slide):
Analyze the project with the highest NPV and what this means for the company’s goals.
Evaluate whether the IRR aligns with the NPV recommendation, and explain why discrepancies might exist.
Assess the relevance of the payback period in the context of long-term project evaluation.
Slide 10: Recommendation
Synthesize your findings and recommend 1 project, justifying your choice.
Slide 11–12: References, additional visuals, supporting data, or key takeaways
