I work in employee relation at QNB and I want to apply this to the attach assignment to my work . the concepts or models discussed in the Driving High-Performance Teams course to analyse and evaluate a challenge that s/he has observed in her/his team at QNB. In other words, the concept or model should inform the whole analysis.
