Phase 1 MVP, source partnerships and sponsorships,
-Conduct an initial survey with the target audience to gather insights on needs and preferences
-Identify and connect with 2-3 key stakeholders in the travel and technology sectors for collaboration opportunities.
-Use survey results to outline Phase 2: Build Beta, Recruit, and Onboard Key Hires
Build partnerships with hotels, restaurants, transprtation companies and even platforms such as resy, airbnb, beli…
Hire front end programmer, back end programmer, and UX designer to build and design the platform
Phase 4: Run Pre-Launch Mark
Phase 5:
Expand user acquisition campaigns across new platforms such as instagram, tiktok, google ads and identify key travel influencers that can be collaborated with
– Give out give-aways for potential customers to try the product
