Hello.
I hope you’re doing well. My thesis supervisor has provided some feedback on the PowerPoint presentation you prepared for my Master’s thesis. Here are the main points:
Introduction Slide: Please include only the problem, aim, and objectives. Remove the “research questions” section because it’s too text-heavy.
Methodology: Condense this section into one slide, focusing on essential information only.
Summary: Present this in one slide to keep it concise.
Data Findings: This is the most important part of the presentation, so please ensure it’s detailed, clear, and visually engaging.
Since the presentation is only 7–10 minutes, I really need a concise, clear, and well-detailed set of slides without unnecessary information.
Additionally, I would also like to request a separate detailed write-up or scriipt alongside the powerpoint outlining what I can say on each slide during my presentation (I understand there may be an extra fee for this service). The scriipt will help me stay in sync with the content of my thesis and ensure I cover all crucial points effectively.
Lastly, the reviewer will upload their review to my study book at least two days before the defense—so around January 8th. I will forward their questions to you once I receive them. If possible, please assist me in formulating responses so I’m fully prepared for the Q&A session at my defense on January 10th at 9 AM.
I will also attach my thesis work in case you need to reference any details while revising the presentation. Please let me know the estimated turnaround time and cost for these revisions and the additional scriipt/consultation services.
Thank you very much for your help! I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards
