This approximately 15-minute assessment will give you some insight (one data point) into your Leadership Skills and Style and whether THE ASSESSMENT BELIEVES you possess the personality traits and skills that characterize good leaders. Remember, this is only one data point so try not to get bent out of shape if it does not tell you what you expect.
After finishing the assessment, you will receive a FREE Snapshot Report (approximately 1 paragraph in length with a rating score) with an introduction, a graph, and a personalized interpretation for one of your test scores. If you are curious, you will then have the option to purchase the full results ($12.95 and up). HOWEVER, you are NOT obligated to purchase the full results for $12.95 as a requirement for this assignment.
