instructions are attached as is the paper template provided by the University as it is already formatted. I have attached the only source required by the University so you are free to utilize any other resources you’d like. Because it is a letter proposing insight into a change/topic, I simply request that the resources not be overly quoted in the letter as I have been dinged recently due to excessive quoting to write the paper and “not using my own ideas”.
